Our pricing policy:

Our pricing policy takes into account production and delivery costs, market requirements and administrative costs. In these times of constant challenges, the pricing policy is based on a thorough calculation so as to maintain a healthy competitiveness ensuring the survival of our company for many years, in order to serve customers well.

The level of responsibility:

VMIK cannot be held responsible for the costs incurred by a customer for any damage, direct, indirect, accidental, delay or justified and reasonable time of production and delivery. VMIK cannot be held responsible for any breakage of glass once delivered by our staff either to the customer’s address or on any construction site. A claim for any damage caused by our staff must be made by the customer within 2 business days of delivery. Any claim of damage caused by a carrier other than VMIK must be made to the carrier by the customer. Any product sold and delivered by VMIK with a defect will be replaced at the discretion of VMIK.
